Hopefully you get that joke; it’s one of many I make.

I started TaeKwonDo in September 2008 at the age of 34. Nothing like doing drill work with other white belts who are young enough to be your kids. Every belt, every new rank was an adventure and it’s showing no signs of slowing down now.

Currently, I am a 4th degree black belt in the Choong Sil TaeKwonDo federation; I am an instructor at Hopkinsville Martial Arts in Hopkinsville, KY.
